Now it is pretty easy to create a feedback form. All you need to know is to write HTML. And since
you already have a website, you should be able to do it easily.
Next comes the tough part. What happens when your visitor clicks on the submit button??
You have three options:
- Have the browser submit the form using your visitors e-mail program (Does not work always and
thoroughly unprofessional)
- Setup a form mailer script in your server (Works but you need to
write code and your server may not always support server side scripting)
The easiest way would be to:
- Sign up for a free remotely hosted feedback form processing service.
We are pleased to introduce to you FormBuddy.com which
is an excellent form processor. In fact FormBuddy is much more than a free form mailer. It can also store
the form submission in its servers. Other features include form validity checking and custom auto responder.
